Newport Landing Subdivision comprises 160 homes in the suburbs of St. Louis County, MO. We are located in the Rockwood School District, just one block from Kellison Elementary, Rockwood South Middle School, and Rockwood Summit High School. We have a clubhouse in conjunction with the Remington Oaks subdivision, which includes 2 large pools, a kiddie pool, a 24-hour fitness area, tennis and pickleball courts, all available under keycard access.
2026 Newport Landing Assessments were due
Sunday, February 1st, 2026.
Assessments have been sent out as of the beginning of January 2026.
The NLHA Board has approved a 10% increase in annual assessments for 2026. The new assessment amount will be $390. These funds support essential Newport Landing services such as Waste Management, street lighting, insurance, and common ground maintenance. Over the years, the cost of providing these services has continued to rise. To keep pace with inflation and ensure these services remain in place, the Board determined this assessment increase necessary.
Any remittance received after February 28, 2026, must include a late fee of $25.00.
You can mail or drop it off at the clubhouse located at the address to the left. The address is also located on the assessment invoice itself.

Trash and Recycling Contract with Waste Management (WM)
Includes:
96-gal trash cart - Thursdays
32-gal recycling cart - Fridays
1 Bulk pickup (last scheduled trash pick-up day of the month)
Optional Yard Waste Pick-up
1x per week (10 yard bags or 1, 96-gal cart) - Wednesdays
Residents are required to set up this service themselves by contacting WM. Make sure you receive our negotiated rate under Newport Landing HOA.

Boat, RV, trailer owners – If you bring your trailer, boat, or RV home, please limit parking to 24 hours if it is not parked inside your garage.
