2026 Newport Landing Assessments are due
Sunday, February 1st, 2026.
Assessments have been sent out as of the beginning of January 2026.
The NLHA Board has approved a 10% increase in annual assessments for 2026. The new assessment amount will be $390. These funds support essential Newport Landing services such as Waste Management, street lighting, insurance, and common ground maintenance. Over the years, the cost of providing these services has continued to rise. To keep pace with inflation and ensure these services remain in place, the Board determined this assessment increase necessary.
Any remittance received after February 28, 2026, must include a late fee of $25.00.
You can mail or drop it off at the clubhouse located at the address to the left. The address is also located on the assessment invoice itself.

The NLHA board is DESPERATELY looking for candidates
to represent our neighborhood.
There are open positions on the NLHA board that need to be filled.

***Individuals at all interested in joining our Board are highly encouraged to attend and/or fill out the form below. If we can not fill, at minimum, our Treasurer position, we will have to outsource our finances, which WILL result in higher dues in 2027.

Trash and Recycling Contract with Waste Management.
-Includes either a 65 gal or 95 gal Recycling cart at no extra cost (should already have)
-Includes 1 - 96 gal trash cart at no extra cost
-Optional Yard Waste Service 1x per week and the resident is required to set that up themselves for billing. Make sure you receive our negotiated rate.
Also please remember to keep your Carts in your garage or out of site from the front of your home.
Reminder – NO Boat, RV, trailer
Boat, RV, trailer owners – If you bring your trailer, boat or RV home please limit parking to 24hrs if it is not parked inside your garage.
Dog Doo!
PLEASE remember to take along a plastic bag with you when you walk your dog! We have received a number of complaints about the failure of some residents to pick up after their dog on another resident’s property.
