Annual Assessments

2026 Newport Landing Assessments were due
Sunday, February 1st, 2026.

Assessments have been sent out as of the beginning of January 2026. 

The NLHA Board has approved a 10% increase in annual assessments for 2026. The new assessment amount will be $390. These funds support essential Newport Landing services such as Waste Management, street lighting, insurance, and common ground maintenance. Over the years, the cost of providing these services has continued to rise. To keep pace with inflation and ensure these services remain in place, the Board determined this assessment increase necessary. 

Any remittance received after February 28, 2026, must include a late fee of $25.00. 

You can mail or drop it off at the clubhouse located at the address to the left. The address is also located on the assessment invoice itself.

More Assessment Information

As a Resident of Newport Landing, you are also a Resident of Oaks Landing Recreational Association (OLRA). Yes, that does mean 2 separate Assessment dues each year. 

NLHA is due at the beginning of February 

ORLA is due at the beginning of March

 ORLA consists of two HOAs, Newport Landing and Remington Oaks (across Hawkins Rd). ORLA takes care of the clubhouse, pool, and tennis/pickleball courts.
